Equestrian event operations software

One show,one single platform.

Import your entries once: stalls, photo badges, hospitality, sponsors and prize money all read from the same data. The operations a show already runs (entry, access, hospitality, sponsors, treasury), brought into one coherent structure.

Built with CSI show organizers. Currently in pilot.

Features

Every part of a show already has a tool, but none of them share the same data

In Centauria a horse, a rider, a table exists exactly once: correct it in one place and every module reflects it.

01
The map

The venue plan, a living view of the graph

The venue plan becomes your control room: one click on a stall, a zone or a table opens its up-to-date record, and layers follow the moment of the day. Import the entries file: the map populates itself.

  • Import an entries file and the map populates itself
  • Arrival statuses, stalls assigned by stable
  • Click a stable or a zone to open its up-to-date record

Accreditation

A real badge, a real photo, checked by a human

Credentials generate at import, and riders manage the access they grant themselves: their entourage requests online, they validate. Badges print with a real photo, the role and the zones as icons; your security checks at a glance, and a revocation takes effect immediately, everywhere.

  • The entourage requests their badge online: partner, owner with their horse, groom
  • The rider gets an email and validates each request, or declines it
  • No scan, no app, no device at the gate

VIP hospitality

Tables bought by riders and their families

Every table and loge has its buyer, its guests and their statuses. At the pavilion entrance, your host taps arrivals on a touch list; occupancy and attendance update live.

  • Every table has a buyer: rider, family, stable
  • Invited, confirmed, attended, no-shows at a glance
  • Tap check-in, fast, no camera

Sponsors

Partnerships with benefits, and proof

Every package's benefits (table discounts, a dedicated loge, visibility) are tracked and priced automatically. After the event, you hand the sponsor a return-on-investment card with real numbers, not impressions.

  • Packages with benefits: table discounts, loges, visibility
  • ROI card: package value, benefits used, attendance
  • Real numbers to show the sponsor, not promises

Prize treasury

From allocation to bank transfer, without a math error

Allocation per class, entry and stabling fees deducted, withholdings applied: you close prize treasury with a PDF statement per rider and a SEPA payment file ready for the bank, with no spreadsheet and no math error.

  • Configurable allocation tables per class
  • Detailed statement per rider, every euro traced
  • SEPA pain.001 export, verified reconciliation

Stables, live

Every stall is a living record

Fly over your stables, step into an aisle: every stall is a living record: horse, rider, country, groom, arrival status. The same for the show office, the stable manager and security.

The cards are real product data; the photos are a staged scene.

Hospitality

The VIP pavilion runs from the rail.

Who it's for

One platform, everyone around the show

Every accredited person gets exactly what they need, nothing more and nothing less.

Organizers

A single view over entries, accreditation, hospitality and treasury, instead of five separate tools.

Riders, families & grooms

Badge ready before arrival, clear access zones, the family table booked, fast prize statement and payout.

Sponsors

Packages with real benefits (table discounts, a loge) and numbered proof of return on investment.

Vets, farriers, officials

Clean accreditation fitted to each role, with the right zones and nothing superfluous.

VIP guests

Smooth arrival, table already known, greeted by name at the pavilion entrance, no badge to scan.

Vision

Exhibitors & independents

Stands, horse transporters, vets, freelance grooms: the same platform, tomorrow.

Roadmap

What comes next

The platform grows from a base that works, not the other way round.

Coming up

Matching with the sector's independents

A space to find and be found: horse transporters, vets, freelance grooms, farriers. Designed as a separate module, not mixed into the management of any single show.
